right from the 1st phone call till i got my daughters report from the clinics (multiple), Dr. Himanshu was with me all the way on the phone.
he ensured that i understood everything, had no doubts about the process, kept everything ready so that wait time was minimal, followed up with the staff and ensured that i receive my reports directly on my number via whatsapp.

Neat and clean place. Staff is polite and cooperative. Rates are affordable. Free blood sugar with cholesterol is a nice step towards healthy life. Hope this continues and people use it to detect abnormalities like blood sugar at the early stage. Really a nice and satisfying experience, thanks Aarogya.

I have had a good experience with this outlet. The staff is polite & guides you in a clear manner. Mr. Himanshu has always been proactive in providing the right guidance, updates whenever required.
Good service. clarity of rates. they also shared discounted rates for Sunday. The only issue was with their credit card machine which wasn't able to connect despite multiple tries so I had to pay with paytm.
Needed RT PCR urgently for an international travel. Due to weekend most of the lab denied due to half day.
Mr Himanshu Parekh helped me getting RT PCR on time.
Overall experience was good, super supportive peoples.

Excellent service, I booked a test on the previous day at 9.30 pm and the person was available next morning 8 am to collect blood samples. Super quick. Reasonable too.
A small clean hygienic place. The way a path lab should be. Owner is so welcoming and gives personal attention to everyone. Staff are warm and polite. Prompt delivery of soft copy of report delivered on WhatsApp.

Mr. Himanshu- owner of the laboratory is very kind and helpful with his knowledge and rich experience of Pathology for many years. Packaged offers are very useful and economical for patients who need multiple tests to be done periodically. Timing of reports delivery and staff support is seamless with whatsApp facility also available. Lab is tied up with reputed labs for conducting the tests so no need to worry about the accuracy of the results👍

The lab is pretty clean. It is near by to our place. The lab services quickly and it provides blood test at a competitive rates. They have tie up for other services with other institutions like Pulse.
